Cohort 17

What GCF meant to me is an opportunity that guided me in the right direction. I chose to be a GCF Corps Member because I wanted to learn more and be a better me. Before GCF I was always at home cleaning and just being lazy. The most important thing I learned during my time at GFC is that no one is going to give you a handout, you need to go and take it and also that you can’t just sit around every day. My plan after GCF is going to college to get my degrees, start my business, and follow my dreams. I want to thank Stephanie and Aram for their help getting into college and applying for jobs, Chevon for spreading knowledge, Andrew for the motivation and courage, and Carson for steering me in the right direction.
