Cohort 17

Quason Saxon

The reason I decided to join GCF was because I didn’t want to sit in the same spot for the rest of my life and I knew GCF was going to change me for the better. The most important thing I learned in GCF was code switching. Code switching helped me understand that there is a time and a place for everything, which helped me develop into a more mature and smarter person. My plans after GCF are to have a well paying green job and to inspire others by my actions. The staff member I would like to thank is Andrew. He was one of the most relatable staff members. He always kept me on my toes, pressuring me to do better until I became better.
