GCF has helped me grow personally, mentally, and emotionally. I also learned a lot of things in addition to growing. I was able to improve my speaking skills over the past six months (from orientation, to even speaking with the hundreds of residents I have worked with.) I also was able to grow professionally and get myself into a job mindset, because previously I was still in a school mindset and mentality. I was able to adjust to how a job would feel since this was my first real full-time job.
